Tablet Weaving Gallery

Here are a few early photos of my work. All the pieces were made with cotton crocheting thread

These two are variants on the diagonals technique (sometimes called Egyptian diagonals, even though it isn’t Egyptian.)

The next two bands were made by interchanging groups of tablets as I wove. You actually pick up some of the tablets and put them elsewhere in the pack, so the braid effect is woven in, not created later.
